- Orders are processed after confirmation of payment or order approval.
- Customized and handmade products require additional processing time due to their personalized nature.
- Order processing time typically ranges from 2–5 working days, depending on the product and order volume.
2. Shipping Coverage
- We currently ship all over Pakistan through reliable courier services.
- International shipping is not available unless clearly stated.
3. Delivery Time
- Estimated delivery time is 3–7 working days after dispatch.
- Delivery timelines may vary due to courier service delays, weather conditions, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.
- XBM PRODUCTS is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies.
4. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are calculated based on parcel weight, size, and delivery location.
- Delivery charges are paid by the customer, unless mentioned otherwise in a promotional offer.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
5. Cash on Delivery (COD)
- Cash on Delivery is available for selected products only.
- Customers must pay the full order amount to the courier at the time of delivery.
- Refusal of COD parcels without a valid reason may result in future COD restrictions.
6. Incorrect Address or Contact Details
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details.
- Incorrect or incomplete information may cause delivery delays or parcel returns.
- In such cases, re-shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
7. Damaged Parcels
- If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, you must inform us within 24 hours with clear photo or video proof.
- After verification, we may offer a replacement or store credit.
- Claims reported after 24 hours will not be entertained.
8. Unclaimed or Returned Parcels
- Parcels returned due to non-availability, refusal, or incorrect details will not be refunded.
- Re-shipping will only be done after payment of additional shipping charges.
9. Order Tracking
- Tracking details will be shared once the order is dispatched.
- Customers can track their parcels using the courier’s tracking system.
10. Policy Updates
XBM PRODUCTS reserves the right to update or change this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice. Updated policies will be effective immediately after posting.
