At XBM PRODUCTS, Cash on Delivery (COD) is available only for delivery charges. The full product amount must be paid in advance to confirm the order. This policy is implemented because our products are customized and handcrafted, and are prepared specifically according to customer requirements.
In cases where a customer is not comfortable paying the full amount upfront, a minimum of 50% advance payment is mandatory to secure the order. The remaining amount applicable at the time of delivery includes delivery charges only, which are collected by the courier service upon receipt of the parcel.
Delivery charges vary depending on the customer’s location, parcel weight, and courier service policies. These charges are communicated to the customer before dispatch to ensure transparency. Failure to pay delivery charges at the time of delivery may result in order refusal, and future orders may require full advance payment.
