At XBM PRODUCTS, all orders require full advance payment in order to be confirmed and processed. Our products are mainly customized and handcrafted, which means each item is specially created according to the customer’s selected design, details, and preferences. Once the production process has started, these items cannot be reused or resold.
We understand that some customers may not feel comfortable paying the full amount in advance. In such cases, we offer the option to pay a minimum of 50% advance payment, which is mandatory to secure the order. This partial advance confirms the customer’s commitment and allows us to begin preparation of the order.
Orders are moved into the production or preparation stage only after the advance payment has been received and verified. Customers are required to share the payment confirmation or screenshot via WhatsApp for record and verification purposes. Please note that orders without advance payment will not be processed or reserved.
