  • Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate information, including name, contact details, address, and customization instructions.

3. Customized Products

  • Customized or personalized items are made specifically according to customer requirements.
  • Due to the nature of customization, such products are non-refundable and non-returnable.
  • XBM PRODUCTS is not responsible for mistakes made due to incorrect details provided by the customer.

4. Payment Policy

  • Advance payment is required for customized orders.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) may be available for selected products only.
  • Delivery charges are payable separately unless mentioned otherwise.
  • Orders will only be processed after payment confirmation.

5. Pricing

  • All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
  • Prices may change without prior notice.
  • XBM PRODUCTS reserves the right to correct pricing errors at any time.

6. Delivery & Shipping

  • Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary due to courier services, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
  • XBM PRODUCTS is not responsible for courier delays.
  • Incorrect address or contact details may result in delayed or failed delivery.

7. Product Appearance

  • Slight variations in color, size, or design may occur due to lighting, screen resolution, or handmade craftsmanship.
  • Such minor differences do not qualify for returns or refunds.

8. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the parcel with clear photo/video proof.
  • After verification, we may offer a replacement or store credit.
  • Cash refunds are not guaranteed.

9. Refusal of Parcel (COD)

  • Refusal of COD parcels without valid reason may result in order cancellation and restriction on future COD orders.
  • Repeated refusals may require full advance payment for future purchases.

10. Intellectual Property

  • All content, images, logos, and designs used by XBM PRODUCTS are our intellectual property.
  • Unauthorized use, copying, or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

11. Privacy
